My first exhibit in June of 2002 was in the Doiron Gallery. However, the owner retired and so the gallery closed in the Fall. However, she wasn’t ready to retire! So she found another facility and reopened in February of this year, asking her previous artists to submit artwork – and so, I did!

What I learned from my first exhibit via my friends and other artists, was that I needed to enlarge my photos even more! So, now I am currently displaying mostly 11x14s (both B&W and color) and I do have one large 16x20 color photo.

My friends came out in support of me and it’s a brand new year! My fortune in my Chinese cookie said, “Your talents will be recognized and suitably rewarded.” Well, let’s all keep a good thought!

Here’s the owner of the gallery on Grand Re-Opening Nite! Joyce belongs in the business. I have to say that her gallery is the best as far as the variety of artworks that are on display and it is definitely quality art.
Gee, you’d think we’d lined up for this shot! That’s me in the front! Here I am standing in front of my photos.
