FRANCE - BRETAGNE - B&W
The first glimpses of La Trinité-sur-Mer were so exciting, they took my breath away. La Trinité smelled of clean, fresh ocean air. It was crisp and breezy, with happy little clouds above us. It was exhilarating!

Dolmen in Kermario
It was cloudy, gray and windy, but that made our visit to the megaliths even more adventurous.
Dolmen #2
The early dolmens were passage graves with a single chamber, separated from the corridor. Inside some of the dolmens are engravings and Neolithic artifacts.
L'île aux Moines Boat Trip
We took a '3 hour tour' of these islands. The clouds were magnificent that afternoon.
Port-Blanc Thatched Roof
While on our tour, we also hiked this island and I snapped off some shots of these 'quaint' (to say the least) homes. At that moment, I felt I could live here forever.

Church St. Michel
This church, located on the island of Port-Blanc, was built in 1825. The window with the single miniature daisy-like flower caught my eye.
Church St. Michel #2
I don't think this church had changed all that much since it was built, except for the stained glass windows.
Port-Blanc Shed
Walking around the island we came upon this old dilapidated shed next to an oyster farm. It was rustic and picturesque.
Auray Vicinity
After our long day of hiking and cruising the islands, we walked around the streets of Old Auray.
La Trinité-sur-Mer Boulangerie
The buildings in La Trinité town were absolutely unique. I felt as though I had stepped back in time and I was loving it!
