FRANCE - LES RUES DE PARIS (05.04) - B&W/COLOR
Walking the streets of Paris was an adventure in itself! There is so much to see, digest, discover -- there is history on each and every block.

La Seine Overcrossing
There are many overcrossings on the Seine. I would say every two city blocks there was an overcrossing.
Garden Shops
We have our Lowes and Home Depots; Paris has their quaint little garden shops. I favor their approach!
Le Palais de Justice - Side View
The Palais de Justice complex now houses the city's police department and other government agencies.
Grand Clock
This was part of the Palais de Justice.
Paris Streets #1
Colorful awnings were what spiced up the otherwise drab gray of the buildings.
Paris Graffiti
Yes, Paris has graffiti! Most of it was on the backs of buildings along the TGV train tracks. However, this one was on one of the main streets.
Paris Fountain - St Michel
Metropolitain
This was one of the entrances to the Paris metro line, which we never got on!
Paris Hong Kong
I have to say, the Chinese food that we had in France on several occasions, was the BEST ever!

Paris Artwork #2
Un Café Parisien
You didn't have to walk far to find a cafe. There were multiple cafes on every block.
Le Lido
Paris Advertisements
Paris Flower Shop
One of many local floral shops.
Ché
The middle print is one that is special to me. My cousin, Rupert Garcia, was the original artist of this silk screen print of Ché Guevera done in the late 60's.
